We’re a 100-strong community of talented individuals who believe in agility and in the principles of the Agile Manifesto. We don’t believe in following a single approach or methodology, we understand they each have their merits.

About Agilesphere expert consultants
We provide our clients with experts who not only do a great job every day, but who pass on their experience and knowledge. We only ever do ‘junior’ if a client asks us to.
An Agilesphere consultant will typically have over 10 years of experience, and is hand selected by other experts to join us.
The majority of people with the level of experience that we demand are freelancers. We have therefore built the consultancy specifically for this community.
Our people all have the opportunity to share in our profits, as well as the opportunity to become a partner and help us manage and grow the business. We find work for each other, and support each other.

Our philosophy
We are not evangelists or revolutionaries. We know that all of a client’s people need to be properly engaged and on their terms in the journey to Agile for transformation to be successful in the long term. True success is when we’re no longer needed. Our people work in an exciting environment, exchanging ideas and sharing profit. We achieve balance by putting life before work and we actively promote sustainable working practices.
