We’re a community of over 100 talented individuals who work with our clients to help them deliver, always learning, adapting and making it fun. We believe in agility and in the principles of the Agile Manifesto. We don’t believe in following a single approach or methodology but we do believe that they each have merits.
Our purpose is to provide our clients with experts who can not only do, but who can and want to pass on their experience and knowledge to those around them. We only ever do ‘junior’ if a client asks us to. A typical Agilesphere consultant will have over 10 years of experience, they will have been hand selected by other experts in their field to join us.
In our quest for expertise we have found that the majority of people with the level of experience that we demand are freelancers. We have hence built the consultancy specifically for this community. Our people all have the opportunity to share in our profits, as well as the opportunity to become a partner and help us manage and grow the business. We find work for each other, and support each other.
We are not evangelists or revolutionaries. We know that all of a client’s people need to be properly engaged and on their terms in the journey to Agile for transformation to be successful in the long term. True success is when we’re no longer needed. Our people work in an exciting environment, exchanging ideas and sharing profit. We achieve balance by putting life before work and we actively promote sustainable working practices.
Jeremy is the founder of Agilesphere and works primarily as an Agile Coach at the executive level. He is driven by the desire to enable whole organisations to transform to an agile way of working. He has a deep knowledge of the various agile methodologies and makes turning that theory into practice seem easy.
We are an Agile transformation organisation, providing tailored services to help and support your transformation. We provide excellent people who really understand Agile delivery, it’s transformational effect and how to embed Agile in organisations.
