Davina Sirisena
I'm an experienced agile coach, adept at setting up portfolios and programmes from scratch, and making agile work at scale. Clients typically hire me when they are at the start of something new and want to ensure that their processes, people, culture and governance are set up for success.
Hugh Ivory
I have a depth of experience working with delivery teams and senior leadership to develop innovative approaches to change management, portfolio governance and service delivery. I focus on delivering real business value - with the ultimate objective of creating agile and adaptive organisations.
Jeremy Renwick
I am the founder of Agilesphere and work primarily as an Agile Coach at the executive level. I am driven by the desire to enable whole organisations to transform to an agile way of working. I have a deep knowledge of the various agile methodologies and makes turning that theory into practice seem easy. Consider me if you, need agile coaching at board level, have a complex project that encompasses significant organisational change and/or want to scale agile, and have fun doing it.
Praveen Karadiguddi
I'm passionate about end user needs, and help teams launch products that solve user pain points. I nurture people to get the best out of them - bringing the clarity of purpose and the sense of urgency needed to bring about change.

I've been delivering agile transformations with global impact for 9 years, and working in an agile way for 30. It was enlightening to find the way I naturally work has a name - agile. From running startups to worldwide IT service organisations my hands-on experience means there's few problems in IT or business change that I haven't found, been burned by, or fixed.
Rudiger Wolf
I set up teams for complex technology enabled programmes. I've delivered results for small startups and global multi-national organisations, such as HMRC, Home Office, Daily Mail, TUI (Thomson and First Choice Holidays ), ScrewFix and Elsevier. I work with senior leadership team and development teams to create solution increments that maximise business value.
Femi Soetan
I'm a motivated and enthusiastic Agile Business Analyst with more than 10 years experience. I have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to navigate rapidly changing business environments. I take the lead on analysis activities, producing story maps and user journeys to aid understanding. I facilitate conversations and translate user needs into stories and acceptance criteria.
Mahjabeen Khan
As an Agile BA I work closely with the business, product teams, development team and 3rd parties throughout the software development lifecycle. My analysis skills allow me to validate business requirements and manage the end-to-end solution.
Martin Quinn
I have extensive experience in delivering software and services over the past 10 years, using Agile methods in challenging, fast paced and complex businesses. I specialise in business analysis, from green-field thinking through to delivery.
Ciaran Ryan
With over 28 years experience in the IT industry I'm able to view the problem space from a strategic, tactical and operational level - this helps me craft solutions that address the opportunities and challenges at hand. I'm an experienced delivery manager and scrum master with a strong technical background, having been a developer and technical architect. I have an MBA from a top business school.
Paul Ivory
I have many years experience in Online Digital Transformation, having delivered digital transformations at totaljobs.com, dailymail.com, Sky, Weve.com, the Home Office and at the Ministry of Justice. I understand that the success of digital and agile transformations depends on putting the business and its users at the centre of the transformation.
Nel Mathams
I am a Customer Experience Consultant in the private and public sectors. I've worked on a number of government projects in lead UX roles. From an agile perspective, I'm a user researcher by trade. Previously I've held Head of Research, Customer Experience and Insight roles.
